Your first meeting with a Sureway Support Coordinator will be a free consultation in which you can decide if you would like to continue working with us.
Once you agree to continue to work with your Sureway Support Coordinator, they will meet with you on an ongoing basis to help you get the most out of your plan. We will help to connect you with the right local services for you, negotiate your service agreements, and will regularly check in with you to see if you are happy with your service providers.
Together we will also review what is going well and what isn’t working, assist you prepare for Plan Reassessments[ED1] , and help to resolve any problems you might encounter.
