Recovery Coaching can support you if you live with a psychosocial disability. We will help you to understand and implement your NDIS Plan and to manage the challenges of daily living. We will work collaboratively with you, your personal networks and other services to design and implement a recovery plan that will help you to achieve your goals.

We provide employment-related assessment and counselling supports to NDIS participants who want to overcome barriers that are holding them back from finding or keeping a job. Sureway are a provider of NDIS services. Our services are currently available to eligible NDIS participants who have Capacity Building, Therapeutic Supports, Recovery Coaching, Improved Daily Living, and/or Support Coordination within their NDIS Plan.

Sureway deliver NDIS services via telehealth, Australia-wide. Telehealth appointments are regular appointments, but we talk online or over the phone.
This means that you can get the services you need, from our quality professionals, regardless of your location or circumstances.
