What to expect

Psychology and counselling sessions generally run for 50 minutes.

During your initial appointment, we aim to gain a full understanding of you and your situation. We will then work with you on developing goals and identifying issues you wish to address and changes you wish to achieve. 

Together we will regularly review your progress and goals. The frequency of follow-up sessions will vary depending on your situation and goals, and you will be involved in the planning of your care through our counselling and psychological services and mental health support for young adults, men’s mental health services, or counselling for teenagers, depending on your individual needs.
