Get the support you need to feel more in control of your daily life, manage challenges and implement your NDIS Plan.
Who is this for?
Our NDIS Recovery Coaches work with individuals with psychosocial disabilities who want to increase their independence, networks and overall wellbeing.
Psychosocial disability is a term used to describe a disability that may arise from a mental health issue. The NDIS Commission defines psychosocial disability as: ‘a mental health issue that affects people’s daily activities such as socialising or interacting with others in a social setting, learning or self-care, or their capacity to fully participate in society’.
Your NDIS Planner or Local Area Coordinator will include this funding in your NDIS Plan if it is relevant. You are eligible for this service if you have Capacity Building > Coordination of Supports > Psychosocial Recovery Coaching in their NDIS Plan.
